About the Role
Whisper is seeking an experienced Creator Talent Manager to join its growing FC Mobile in-house team. This founding role involves building systems and recruiting a roster of 20-30 football content creators to fuel the platform's content pipeline, providing them access to a 50 million subscriber network.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and build the network by sourcing and evaluating football content creators across professional leagues.
- Assess creators for reach, engagement quality, and fit with FC Mobile's audience and tone.
- Negotiate deals within tiered budget brackets.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for a roster of 20-30 creators.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and performance across the roster.
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators, handling onboarding, briefing logistics, and day-to-day support.
- Build and maintain the tools and processes needed to manage a growing roster efficiently.
- Identify creators with standout potential and invest additional attention in their development.
- Support a longer-term vision of FC Mobile becoming a platform that creators actively seek out to grow their following.
Requirements
- Strong research instincts to assess quality and fit of unfamiliar creators, leagues, and regional scenes.
- Comfort negotiating within defined parameters and knowing when to escalate.
- Strong organizational skills to track dozens of moving relationships.
- Ability to build process from scratch.
- Ability to ensure implemented systems comply with Whisper’s editorial, technical, design and accessibility standards, editorial guidelines, and Health and Safety policy.
