About the Role
Operations Coordinators are responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including coordinating deliveries and pick-ups, planning short-term staffing, and supporting technicians and sales staff.
Responsibilities
- Schedule staff for events confirmed at the last minute
- Modify planning based on client needs and communicate changes to technicians
- Complete long-term planning based on operational needs
- Schedule personnel for deliveries and pick-ups
- Plan delivery and pick-up schedules on a daily basis
- Ensure maximum utilization of our truck fleet
- Rent trucks, as needed
- Answer calls from event technicians and help them find solutions to various problems
- Ensure that the chain of communication is always respected
- Be aware of the progress of operations
- Assist the technical staff during the preparation of events
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in the audiovisual field
- Must be bilingual (French/English)
- Must have a driver's license
