  • Assist senior team members in maintaining alliances with third-party technology providers.
  • Interpret country-specific e-invoicing mandates globally, including data and process impacts, and translate them into practical client delivery actions.
  • Support the senior team in managing engagement risk and quality, applying firm policies, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Assist with new e-invoicing opportunities, including supporting proposals and bids.
  • Contribute to refining delivery methodologies and building reusable accelerators and tools for the wider practice.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering tax technology or e-invoicing implementation projects in a consulting, professional services, or in-house tax technology environment.
  • Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-reporting regimes and the ability to discuss differences across jurisdictions.
  • Hands-on experience supporting the implementation/integration of at least one e-invoicing or tax compliance/similar platform.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and support the management of budget, risk, and quality on projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Understanding of engagement risk, quality standards, and regulatory expectations in a professional services environment.
  • Professional tax or accounting qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA) or equivalent is advantageous.
  • ERP experience (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP S/4HANA) for tax or e-invoicing purposes is advantageous.
  • Experience with global rollout programs spanning multiple countries and jurisdictions is advantageous.
