About the Role

Mutiny is building an agentic GTM platform to help revenue teams create winning work. This founding staff designer role will define the product language for AI-native GTM software, including interaction models, creative standards, and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

Design product surfaces and flows, including creating assets, reviewing AI output, editing generated work, and managing brand guidance.
Improve the visual quality of the product through layouts, hierarchy, typography, spacing, and other details.
Build reusable components and patterns to accelerate product development.
Explore new UI patterns for interacting with AI agents, generated content, and learning product experiences.

Requirements

Early career designer with a high capacity for learning and a deep care for the work.
Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
Strong product instincts, focusing on functionality and user experience.
Fast, open, and coachable with a willingness to iterate based on feedback.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
