About the Role
OASIS is DXC’s internal agentic AI platform designed for our delivery workforce, supporting enterprise clients across various sectors and competing with established platforms. You will join a small, cross-functional product team operating with startup energy within a global company, partnering closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for major surfaces of OASIS, from problem framing through launch
- Prototype early and often to pressure-test ideas before they hit a sprint
- Partner with PM and Engineering from the start of a problem, not at handoff
- Run user research with internal users and clients, and use findings to ground decisions in real problems
- Shape and extend the design system as the platform grows
- Raise the bar across the design practice and mentor the broader team
- Influence design process and standards across the team, not just what ships
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI products
- Portfolio showing depth in interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft
- Fluent in rapid prototyping across Figma, Lovable, code, or other relevant tools
- Track record of using prototypes to resolve design questions early
- Comfortable in ambiguity; able to frame problems, generate direction, and drive execution
- Ability to make complex things feel simple for technical and operational users
- Strategic thinking combined with a deep care for craft, holding long-term vision and pixel-level detail simultaneously
- Clear communication across audiences, explaining design rationale to VPs and engineers
- Curiosity about agentic AI and conversational UX with a point of view on future patterns
- Background designing for technical or operational users (e.g., engineers, ops leads, automation specialists) is a plus
- Experience with platforms surfacing metrics, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces is a plus
- Experience working closely with researchers and using qualitative and quantitative signal together is a plus
