About the Role
Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors, capturing, organizing, and synthesizing private conversations into source-backed knowledge. As a Product Designer, you will design the core functionality of Syntrace, from conversation capture to user retrieval of information, collaborating closely with the Product and Design Director, engineers, and users. Security is paramount due to the sensitive nature of the conversations handled.
Responsibilities
- Design how Syntrace works, from the first capture of a conversation to the moment a user finds exactly what was said.
- Work closely with our Product and Design Director, our engineers and our users.
Requirements
- Several years designing B2B products at a company known for its craft.
- Strength in interaction design, information design and prototyping.
- A strong eye for detail.
