About the Role
Doodle is a B2B SaaS platform used by millions of professionals to coordinate meetings and collaboration. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and run experiments across the user journey (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention) and translate results into product decisions.
- Own features end to end, from hypothesis to production, across the entire stack.
- Utilize LLM and agentic tools as the default method of work for rapid iteration while maintaining full ownership and understanding of generated code.
- Create fast, accessible, and scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Extend backend services and GraphQL APIs as needed for experiments, utilizing Apollo Client for data management.
- Instrument features with clean tracking to ensure reliable data for team analysis.
- Optimize application performance for speed, scale, and user experience across devices.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, data analysts, and engineers to translate complex scheduling requirements into elegant solutions.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience with growth strategies and product experimentation, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and activation/conversion work.
- Proficiency with AI tools, including LLMs and agentic workflows, integrated into daily work across the full stack.
- Professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
- Experience building production-ready applications with client-side data fetching via GraphQL (Apollo).
- Curiosity and ability to read, debug, and modify code across the entire technology stack.
- Must be based in and have the right to work in Germany.
- Cannot sponsor visas or support relocation.
