About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who combines analytical precision with a strong product sense. You will make decisions based on data, identify real user problems using qualitative and quantitative data, develop an assessment of what should change, set up the appropriate experiment, and analyze the results yourself. You will be part of a product team focused on a specific part of the user journey, working closely with the responsible person and the developers building it. You will join a group of Conversion Analysts in the company who work similarly, bringing a perspective and experience that the entire team will learn from.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the actual problem before solving it by diving into quantitative and qualitative data to find the real question behind the request, making it understandable and actionable.
  • Set up, honestly read, and decide what comes next in experiments, defining a testable change, instrumenting it cleanly, and analyzing the result to formulate the next question, including reporting on tests that did not work.
  • Utilize AI and apply judgment where it matters, briefing, questioning, and ensuring the quality of AI-generated drafts.
  • Argue for omission, deciding what deserves its place and what should be removed, and be prepared to stand by those decisions.
  • Talk to neighbors by spending time with people who use the product to understand their needs.
  • Shape experiences based on real user needs and neighborhood life, contributing to intuitive flows and screens that justify their place through measurable added value.

Requirements

  • Have a strong product sense and work data-driven.
  • Have experience sharpening hypotheses, setting up experiments, and translating results into decisions.
  • Have conducted experiments from start to finish and know how to move from one to the next: formulating hypotheses, developing strong variants, defining the right metrics, analyzing results, and making a clear decision.
  • Possess technical know-how and experience in setting up and evaluating experiments in an A/B testing tool, as well as creating the necessary dashboards.
  • Retrieve your own data via SQL queries, working with raw data to gain insights and identify opportunities.
  • Have basic statistical knowledge, understanding Bayesian vs. frequentist statistics and power analysis.
  • Clearly present your work, defend your decisions when questioned, and be confident in front of an audience.
  • Routinely work with AI tools, utilizing and developing the AI enablement stack.
  • Submit a cover letter explaining why this role and why now, describing at least one project from start to finish: the hypothesis, what was tested, the result, and what was learned.
  • Demonstrate how data was used to advance thinking and how experiments influenced what was built.
