About the Role

As a Construction Manager/Project Manager (m/f/d), you will guide our customers from the time of the assembly agreement until the meter change. No two projects are the same – every day brings new tasks, new solutions, and new successes.

Responsibilities

Holistic management of photovoltaic projects (development, planning, coordination) from contract signing.
Coordination of all involved trades: assembly, network operators, and internal interfaces.
Technical planning of photovoltaic systems for private customers.
Creation of material requirements and estimation of assembly effort for efficiency improvement.
Verification that installations are implemented according to plan.
Ensuring deadlines, materials, and technical prerequisites.
Central communication interface for our customers.
Solution-oriented problem solving during the construction process and clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Data management in the CRM system.

Requirements

Completed electrical engineering apprenticeship, e.g., as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology; alternatively, the qualification 'Electrician for specified activities'.
Several years of professional experience in the electrical trade or technical project management.
Ideally, practical experience in the field of photovoltaics; knowledge of roofing and heat pump technology is an advantage.
Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working.
Friendly and reliable demeanor, as well as strong communication skills in dealing with customers, partners, and colleagues.
Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview and work structurally, even when managing multiple projects.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
Valid driver's license class B.
