About the Role

Drive new revenue, establish high-value strategic partnerships, and serve as a trusted data strategist for key client stakeholders by leading high-level technical and strategic engagements with senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Adopt a consultative approach to sell business solutions rather than individual data segments, driving new demand and revenue growth.
  • Analyze client first-party data gaps and map Nielsen Marketing Cloud (NMC) segments to solve specific voids.
  • Position NMC segments as the essential "connective tissue" for maintaining a unified customer view across disparate walled gardens.
  • Drive engagements using empirical proof, such as proven match rates and Data Clean Room pilots.
  • Pursue and expand Retail Media Network (RMN) partnerships to supply off-site audience data.
  • Partner with brands directly to help CMOs and Analytics Heads improve customer insight for targeting, personalization, and strategy.
  • Articulate technical data flows from platforms into Data Clean Rooms clearly to senior leaders.
  • Explain Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs) in layman’s terms to guide client legal and procurement teams.
  • Communicate the advantages of NMC’s data path, emphasizing superior match rates, reduced data leakage, and maximum supply efficiency.
  • Pursue clean room integrations that allow brands to overlap their first-party data with NMC segments.
  • Directly target and pitch key decision-makers, including Heads of Data, Analytics, Privacy, and Research.
  • Co-sell alongside DSP, SSP, and RMN partners to influence and expand data sales opportunities.
  • Work seamlessly within a team model alongside product sales specialists and account specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution selling.
  • Experience selling to brands directly is a huge plus.
  • Demonstrated track record in consultative sales, establishing new logo partnerships and navigating intricate, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strategic partnerships and engage effectively with senior C-suite leadership.
  • Adept at translating complex concepts into everyday terms.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans and executing them successfully.
  • Demonstrable experience in proposing and negotiating solutions and pricing.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
  • Results-oriented, resilient, persuasive, and self-motivated.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
