About the Role
As an instructor, you will deliver technical content and support apprentices in upskilling through workshops and drop-in sessions, helping them develop the necessary Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours. You will be part of a diverse delivery team, reporting to a Delivery Lead, and will receive a 3-week onboarding program covering modern teaching methodologies, technical upskilling, and practical coaching.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate delivery sessions of technical learning content, ensuring objectives are met within the allotted time.
- Adhere to the Coach Quality framework for consistent quality and apprentice experience.
- Create an inclusive and motivating environment to drive apprentice learning and engagement.
- Moderate assignments, provide feedback, and ensure quality and consistency.
- Take ownership and be proactive in supporting learner progress and success.
- Liaise with coaches to align on apprentice interventions for successful program completion.
- Coordinate with cohort coaches and operations for apprentice development and progress.
- Utilize provided resources and learning opportunities to stay updated on knowledge and product updates.
- Build and maintain credibility with apprentices using professional experience and domain knowledge.
- Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse and its mission, connecting apprentices to it.
Requirements
- Possess strong written and on-camera communication and presentation skills.
- Skillfully adjust communication approaches to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Think critically and solve problems, especially in an online classroom setting.
- Committed to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.
- Proven experience applying data and advanced analytics in professional settings.
- Strong advocate for ethical and responsible data use, with hands-on experience in data governance and knowledge of data protection laws.
- Successful applicants will be required to undertake at least a Basic check via the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).
- For roles involving Regulated Activity, successful applicants must also undergo an Enhanced DBS check, including a Children’s Barred List check and a Prohibition Order check.
- Applicants are required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands, and final warnings for roles involving Regulated Activity.
