About the Role
As an instructor, you will deliver technical content for AI for Business Value and AI-Powered Productivity Programmes. You will support apprentices in understanding how AI can solve business problems through workshops and drop-in sessions, helping them develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- Confidently facilitate delivery sessions of technical learning content, ensuring sessions meet learning objectives within the allotted time.
- Adhere to the Coach Quality framework to ensure consistent quality and apprentice experience.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive, and motivating environment to drive apprentice learning and engagement.
- Moderate assignments in line with mark schemes, providing feedback for apprentice development.
- Maintain an owner's mentality, proactively taking action and providing support for learner success.
- Liaise with coaches to align on apprentice interventions for successful program completion.
- Coordinate with cohort coaches and operations members on apprentice development and progress.
- Utilize provided resources and learning opportunities to stay updated on knowledge and product updates.
- Build and maintain credibility with apprentices by sharing professional experience, program knowledge, and client context.
- Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse and its mission, helping apprentices connect to it.
Requirements
- Possess strong written and on-camera communication and presentation skills.
- Skillfully adjust communication approaches to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Think critically and solve problems, especially in an online classroom setting.
- Committed to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.
- Industry experience of applying AI to create ROI in a business context.
- Seasoned professional with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in AI, Software Development, or Business Analysis roles.
- Deeply interested in generative AI and regularly use tools to improve personal productivity.
- Excel at explaining technical concepts clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional written and on-camera communication and facilitation skills, with proven ability to engage business audiences, including leaders.
- Passionate about developing others' skills and strongly align with Multiverse's mission.
- Align closely with company values and demonstrate them.
- Successful applicants will be required to undertake at least a Basic check via the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).
- For roles involving Regulated Activity, successful applicants must also undergo an Enhanced DBS check, including a Children’s Barred List check and a Prohibition Order check.
