About the Role
This position involves layout design for non-volatile memory IP (Flash, MRAM, ReRAM, etc.) intended for automotive, industrial, and IoT MCUs. You will contribute to the PPA (Performance/Power/Area) optimization of MCU products and collaborate with global memory development teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on core technologies supporting a world-class MCU business, with a significant impact on the company's success. You will also have the chance to refine your expertise and gain broader memory technology skills within a department actively publishing in top-tier semiconductor conferences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader for the memory layout design team.
- Develop layout strategies based on IP and circuit specifications.
- Lead practical layout design and verification tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in hand-layout design of non-volatile memory (approx. 10+ years).
- Experience in achieving consensus with circuit designers and leading layout design reviews (approx. 5+ years).
- Experience collaborating with overseas partners using English.
