About the Role

This position leads the development of products and solutions utilizing medical big data and real-world data (RWD) for local governments and medical institutions. You will collaborate with domestic and international IQVIA groups and various experts to drive the creation of new value in the medical and healthcare fields. You will be involved in a wide range of activities from product strategy planning, requirements definition, development promotion, to implementation and support, contributing to the realization of medical DX. In the future, you will be expected to take on larger-scale business development and organizational management.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of products, solutions, and services utilizing medical big data/real-world data.
Plan service concepts and set business objectives based on IQVIA's mid-to-long-term strategy.
Propose and explain to customer senior management.
Formulate mid-to-long-term product roadmaps and manage backlogs.
Plan service design and development in collaboration with development teams and security/compliance departments.
Analyze market trends and latest technology trends, and propose continuous improvements.
Promote and manage project progress and quality (QCD management).
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and manage stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience in product or service development for medical information systems (electronic health records, PHR, regional medical cooperation systems, real-world data, etc.).
Experience in upstream processes such as specification definition, screen design, and business flow design.
Project experience from requirements definition to implementation and support at customer sites.
Experience in architectural design utilizing the latest technologies.
Practical experience in software development, service development, or SI projects.
Experience in formulating and managing long-term product portfolios and roadmaps.
Ability to manage QCD in system development and report situations structurally and transparently.
