About the Role

Join LexisNexis and play a key role in the future of Legal Technology. As a Pre-Sales Consultant - Emerging Tech & AI, you'll work with leading law firms, corporate legal teams and government organisations, helping them unlock the power of AI and document management solutions to improve productivity, efficiency and business outcomes. You'll be a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, partnering with customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how innovative technology can solve them.

Responsibilities

Conduct product and technical presentations and customer workshops.
Partner closely with sales teams to support the sales process.
Develop deep expertise in LexisNexis' AI and Document Management System (DMS) solutions.
Act as a trusted subject matter expert on AI and DMS technologies, staying current with industry trends and emerging innovations.
Engage prospective clients alongside account teams to understand their business challenges and objectives, and demonstrate how our AI and DMS solutions can deliver measurable value.
Support the development of proposals, tenders, RFP responses and sales collateral.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders, technical teams and business decision-makers.
Gather customer insights and market feedback and share these with product teams.

Requirements

Experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering or technical sales environment.
Experience working with SaaS, software or technology-based solutions.
Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience delivering software demonstrations and solution workshops.
A sound understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
The ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to customer engagement.
Commercial acumen and the ability to influence buying decisions.
