About the Role
As a Software Engineer in the Thales Embedded Product Development Team, you will participate in the design, implementation, validation, and deployment of embedded products for major OEM customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and deploy new software components for embedded operating systems targeted for mobile and IoT devices, in applications such as mobile payment, digital identity, and IoT connectivity.
- Participate in the development of next-generation operating systems for future devices.
- Work in an agile development environment, collaborating closely with internal and global teams to build products that exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute to continuous product and development methodology improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in software development as a developer/validator.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficient in Embedded C for development and VB.NET for validation.
- Experience in testing and debugging embedded devices using dedicated emulators or simulators.
- Team player with good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
