About the Role
Lead the daily operations of the Regency Club, delivering exceptional and personalised experiences to valued and loyal guests. Lead, inspire and develop a talented team, fostering a caring, people-centred culture whilst ensuring consistently high standards of service and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, presentation and operational standards
- Manage staffing and payroll in line with operational requirements
- Oversee requisitioning, replenishment and buffet presentation
- Coordinate pre-arrival planning, including VIPs, guest histories and special requests
- Ensure check in and check out processes meet Hyatt brand standards
- Deliver personalised guest service, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences
- Champion Hyatt’s brand standards and values, ensuring a consistent and elevated guest experience
- Lead, coach and develop the Regency Club team
Requirements
- Previous experience in premium hotels or a similar service environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Warm, friendly and engaging personality with a genuine passion for people
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation
- Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday and flex with operational needs, working primarily 12pm to 8pm
- A current NSW RSA and full working rights in Australia
