About the Role
Shoe Palace is looking for Retail Sales Associates to provide the best possible customer experience. We seek motivated, dynamic, and upbeat individuals to maximize sales in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for customers
- Meet cool people
- Help keep a clean, neat, and organized store
- Run around, climb ladders, sell shoes, and have fun
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
- Must have open availability during the weekends
- Fun and outgoing personality
- Interest in the latest trends, fashion, and shoes
- Desire to work hard and be driven for success
- Natural ability to talk to everyone
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in selling athletic shoes is a plus
