About the Role
As a Housekeeper at N Family, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and spotless environment for our children, their parents, and our team. You will take pride in keeping every corner of the nursery looking its best, making your mark and helping us become the most loved early years education group in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Work with the nursery team to keep everything sparkling clean and running smoothly.
- Help make the nursery feel warm and welcoming for children, parents, and visitors.
- Keep bathrooms and changing areas spotless.
- Spot any broken or faulty equipment and report it for repair.
- Manage laundry and ensure adequate cleaning supplies are stocked.
- Water plants and maintain a fresh and bright nursery environment.
- Use appropriate products for a nursery environment, adhering to COSHH guidelines.
- Receive and organize deliveries.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and shining nursery daily.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
- Knowledge of COSHH guidelines and Health & Safety practices.
- Experience working with hazardous materials and using them safely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive outlook and a 'make it happen' attitude.
- Love for customer service.
- High energy for all tasks.
