About the Role
As a Senior Specialist Contract Management, you will guide contract discussions with customers, distributors and partners worldwide, working with colleagues across the business to reach clear, workable agreements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for business contract inquiries before and after agreements are signed
- Manage contract projects with customers, distributors and partners worldwide
- Develop negotiation strategies with cross-functional teams and lead contract negotiations and customer meetings
- Advise business and sales teams on negotiation progress and contract matters
- Identify, assess and communicate contract risks with relevant internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
Requirements
- Knowledge of contract management and relevant education or experience in economics, project management or a related field
- Ability to lead contract negotiations and work toward agreements with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to assess and communicate risks involving business, technical and legal matters
- Presentation and problem-solving skills with a clear business focus
- Fluent written and spoken English
