About the Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Designer to bring creative thinking and strong design craft to a broad mix of Lion brands. Joining our design team on a fixed-term basis through to 30 June 2027, you’ll play an important role in developing high-quality creative and design work that can then be taken through to final artwork and execution.
Responsibilities
- Developing creative and design work across a broad range of Lion brands
- Taking design concepts through to a stage that is ready for artwork and execution
- Bringing senior-level design thinking and craft to the team
- Working collaboratively within the broader design team
- Supporting a range of brand and design priorities across the business
Requirements
- Strong experience working at Senior Designer level
- Well-developed creative and design capability
- The ability to work across different brands and design styles
- Previous experience working on packaging design
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a creative team
- Confidence taking creative work from concept through to design-ready execution
