About the Role
We are looking for a fun, patient, and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on guiding curious, energetic toddlers through developmental milestones, creating a nurturing classroom environment, and fostering independence, communication, and social-emotional development. Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, provided lesson plans, and a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Create a fun, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
- Encourage independence, communication, and social-emotional development
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities using our Balanced Learning curriculum
- Help toddlers learn through music, movement, stories, sensory play, and hands-on exploration
- Support daily routines, including meals, diapering, potty training, and nap time
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Work alongside a supportive team to make every day a great one
Requirements
- Have a genuine love for toddlers and all their big personalities
- Are patient, energetic, dependable, and positive
- Can embrace a little chaos with a lot of love!
- Enjoy being creative and making learning fun
- Communicate well with families and teammates
- Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required
- Are excited to grow your career in early childhood education
