About the Role

Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a mid-level to senior-level associate attorney to join our Restructuring & Special Situations group. This position is open to our Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Phoenix, and Seattle offices.

Responsibilities

Represent debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings.
Represent clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.

Requirements

Excellent academic credentials.
3-6 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm.
Bankruptcy clerkship experience is preferred.
