As a Bailey Nelson Floor Leader, you are an integral part of the leadership team who assists in maximizing store sales through delivering an amazing guest experience with exceptional product knowledge. You’ll support a passionate and committed team to deliver the best possible experience to your customers every day and hit some exciting goals along the way.

Requirements
- Previous customer experience with at least 2 years in retail with increasing responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills in a retail environment.
- Ability to recognize the individuality of others and authentically help people find their unique look.
- Ability to cultivate a strong bond with the team to motivate and inspire each other.
