About the Role
Help get thousands of creative, handmade gifts out the door this holiday season. You'll join a big, friendly team of seasonal team members at Uncommon Goods, a founding B Corp. No experience needed: we'll train you.
Responsibilities
- Pick items from shelves using a handheld scanner
- Pack orders carefully so every gift arrives in great shape
- Gift bag orders when customers request it
- Label and stage packages for shipping
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Available to work weekends
- Available for the full schedule above, including one of the two shifts starting November 16
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- Attention to detail, because accuracy matters for every order
- Ability to keep a steady pace while staying accurate
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for up to 8 hours
