Responsibilities
- Ensure patient information is up to date and accurate.
- Schedule and prep patients appropriately.
- Verify valid authorization and obtain all relevant documentation for add-on appointments.
- Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to resolve scheduling issues or changes.
- Respond to messages from staff, departments, and medical offices.
- Handle sensitive patient information in adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
- Address email inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in radiology scheduling.
- Experience in breast imaging/procedure scheduling.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education Level
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary/Compensations
- Starting at $26/hr
