About the Role
The Butler provides bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure, in partnership with other departments. This role is key to building rapport with guests, proactively anticipating guest needs and acting upon them. Success is rooted in a deep passion for service, uncompromising standards, the ability to anticipate needs and impeccable interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs.
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets.
- Verify that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs.
- Build rapport with guests.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them.
- Create a safe workplace.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards.
- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
- Be on feet and moving around for extended periods.
- Take a hands-on approach to work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.

- 6-months related work experience required.
