About the Role
As a Flex Operations Associate, you’ll have the flexibility to pick up shifts as needed based on your schedule and business availability. You can pick up open shifts through our scheduling app, and schedules are posted weekly. You must work at least one shift every four weeks for a minimum of four hours each shift and maintain communication with Site Leadership. You will complete two initial DashMart onboarding shifts and one 4-hour training shift within 14 days.
Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing orders.
- Stocking receivables and managing inventory, including shelf life.
- Cleaning and organizing the warehouse.
- Ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.
Requirements
- You’re reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
- You have experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
- You’re detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
- You can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).
- You have a high school diploma or GED.
- You’re willing to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.
