Responsible for ensuring client safety, providing direct care services and maintaining building safety during shift hours at the site.

Responsible for security and safety of the building including reporting and monitoring client activities in common areas.
Responsible for reporting repairs and maintenance needed to the Building Maintenance Manager.
Report all incidents using the agency incident reporting system and ensure appropriate personnel are notified.
Handle all emergencies and perform crisis intervention as needed, including calling 911 and other emergency numbers for backup.
Answer the front desk telephone and take messages.
Direct visitors and handle inquiries.
Receive incoming mail and packages and distribute accordingly.
Perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the program and clients.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Clean and valid driver's license required.
Knowledge of homeless and substance abuse population.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, regarding complex and sensitive issues and regulations.
Must be on premises for the full shift, including lunch and rest periods, as a Critical Employee.
