About the Role

LAL Horizons is seeking a Retail & Shipping Associate for their North MoPac store. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing shipping and print services, and supporting daily store operations. The company emphasizes internal growth and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries
• Advise customers on the best shipping options and take ownership of their shipping needs
• Pack, receive, and process packages for courier shipment, including Amazon and other returns
• Run print, copy, binding, and laminating projects for local residents and small businesses
• Sort mail for mailbox customers
• Provide notary services once certified
• Process transactions on our point-of-sale system and shipping software
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable with computers
• Clear verbal and written communication, including basic math and spelling
• Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful demeanor
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Able to lift 40+ lbs and stand for a full shift
• Available 35–40 hours per week, including weekends
• Saturday and Sunday availability required

Skills

• Microsoft Office experience is a plus
• Adobe experience is a plus
• Basic math
• Basic spelling
• Point-of-sale system operation
• Shipping software operation
