About the Role
The Quality Assurance Intern will assist Business Units in testing new applications as part of the Bank’s Core Banking Transformation. This role ensures defects are identified and functionalities work as expected before going live, contributing to a comprehensive, multiyear technology upgrade initiative called “Modern Banking in Motion.”
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced quality assurance analysts to gain insights into creating and maintaining automated test scripts using Testim for web and mobile applications.
- Understand the best practices of organizing test cases, test plans, and test results in Jira, and mastering test documentation practices.
- Run automated tests, analyze results, and report defects using Jira or the vendor ticketing system to enhance skills in detecting issues and improving software quality.
- Automate steps in Testim to build a regression automated test suite, developing proficiency in automation and user experience testing.
