About the Role
Lifetime Activities seeks a part-time customer service representative to provide an exceptional customer service experience for the San Francisco tennis community. This role involves assisting with court reservations, racquet stringing, offering equipment recommendations, and providing basic class placement advice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct point of sale transactions
- Help customers make court reservations and register for classes
- Answer phones and provide information on programs and services
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- String racquets
- General cleaning/disinfecting of the pro-shop, courts, and restrooms
- Must have reliable transportation
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Required by law to submit to a consumer investigative report
- Subject to a health screening, following a conditional offer of employment
