About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and highly organized Runner with a passion for learning, assisting, and making a great impression. You will support the growing team and provide exceptional client service, contributing to a productive and fun studio environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career, with a commitment to supporting your professional development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the studio and assist the team, ensuring a productive and fun work environment.
- Ensure clients are delighted by their visit to Untold Studios.
- Order and manage food, drinks, and general studio equipment, including stationery and cleaning products.
- Organize monthly team events, support marketing events, and arrange off-sites and outings.
- Maintain the highest standards in communal areas, ensuring the kitchen is tidy and stocked, and client and soft seating areas are clean.
- Approach problem-solving creatively and be prepared to assist in all scenarios, from unloading the dishwasher to daily post runs.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Take ownership of workload from project start to deadline.
- Embrace a start-up culture and a can-do attitude.
