About the Role
Cascadia Global Security (CGS) is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee employee and site safety, enforce policies, and develop guards. This role is crucial for maintaining customer service standards and ensuring the well-being and training of the security team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee employee and site safety.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Develop CGS guards.
- Communicate with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively.
- Provide leadership, ensure the well-being, and manage the training of supervised guards/officers.
- Partner with management for discipline when necessary.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations.
- Respond in a timely manner to all forms of communication (emails, phone calls, texts).
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Must possess a working smartphone.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Active Level 2 Security License.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, report writing, etc.).
- Customer service experience is a plus.
