Responsibilities
- Complete repair and maintenance work accurately across a wide range of vehicle systems, following established repair procedures.
- Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and record findings clearly, thoroughly, and consistently.
- Adhere to shop SOPs, safety guidelines, and repair standards on every job.
- Communicate job progress, repair needs, and potential delays with service advisors and shop leadership.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and help keep vehicles moving through the shop smoothly and on schedule.
- Participate in available training and development opportunities to strengthen skills, improve performance, and expand automotive knowledge.
