About the Role
The Machine Learning Engineer will join the software team to develop new AI features for medical simulators, aiming to create a more human-like simulation experience through auto-learning, speech, and image recognition.
Responsibilities
- Develop proprietary software for medical simulation.
- Design, train, test, productize, and deploy machine learning models.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to deliver customer value.
- Define new platform requirements and improve products with the engineering team.
- Integrate work with other engineering departments.
- Work with different teams within Engineering and other company departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with machine learning, AI, image analysis, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and Java.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in determining potential strong candidates.
