About the Role
The Aftersales Performance Manager will create and develop reporting for the sales function, providing critical data and innovating information presentation. This role also serves as the key point of contact for supplier relationships and manages the tender process for new suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Create an entire suite of reporting from scratch for field and management teams.
- Develop reporting into an industry-leading offering using Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel, incorporating multiple data sources into dashboards and reports.
- Email key reports to field teams and retailer management for performance management.
- Create, compile, and share weekly forecast reports based on retailer submissions.
- Serve as the point of contact for external suppliers, developing their products and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Manage the tender process for new suppliers for activities like mystery shopping and customer experience management.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of work experience in an analytical or data-driven role.
- Expertise in all Microsoft Office Packages, including Power BI and VBA.
- Good presentation skills with extensive experience presenting to senior management.
- Excellent attention to detail, aptitude at handling large datasets, identifying key themes and trends, and presenting them in simple terms.
- Good time management skills, able to balance competing responsibilities and adapt quickly.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure, with strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and breakthrough.
- Able to work in the office 5 days a week.
