About the Role
This is a full-time position for a Property Manager (m/f/d) with 40 hours per week. You will receive an employment contract directly from the client.
Responsibilities
- Commercial and technical management of WEG properties
- Conclusion and monitoring of supply contracts
- Carrying out audits and advisory board meetings
- Convening and conducting owner meetings
- Recording and implementing resolutions, special property management
- Participation in the implementation of repairs, planning of renovations
- Oral and written communication with owners and tenants
Requirements
- Completed training as a real estate agent, real estate administrator, or relevant experience in WEG management
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Sound knowledge of the German Condominium Act (Wohnungseigentumsgesetz)
- Strong communication skills in dealing with owners and tenants
- Driver's license class B
