About the Role
This entry-level student position provides administrative support to the billing department. While performing daily administrative tasks, there are opportunities to work on long-term projects. This role allows for the development of written and oral communication skills and knowledge of general office procedures.
Responsibilities
- Data-entry of confidential documents
- Scanning and copying documents
- Answering phones at front desk
- Processing daily mail (incoming and outgoing)
- Maintaining inventory and stocking office and breakroom supplies
- Miscellaneous projects from all departments
Requirements
- Must be enrolled and currently taking college courses
