  • Collaborate with Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, and Hospitality teams to deliver a seamless workplace experience.
  • Escalate critical issues promptly and provide updates through resolution.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and contractors to ensure work quality, timely completion, safety, and contract compliance.
  • Monitor vendor performance against service expectations, SLAs, and established quality standards.
  • Conduct vendor inspections and quality-assurance reviews, identifying opportunities for improved performance and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate maintenance projects, workplace enhancements, repairs, and capital-improvement activities.
  • Conduct opening, midday, and closing inspections to ensure all floors, meeting rooms, common areas, pantries, and support spaces are ready for use.
  • Maintain a polished, safe, and fully functional workplace consistent with client expectations.
  • Support workplace events and special initiatives through facilities coordination and logistical preparation.
  • Maintain accurate operational reporting, incident logs, work order tracking, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Responsibilities may evolve based on client requirements, operational priorities, and business needs.
