- Sit in board meetings to categorize follow-ups and action items
- Continuously iterate on Abby Care’s operating systems, team workflows, and internal cadences such as preparing for All-Hands, running the weekly executive meetings, and more
- Identify inefficiencies and implement systems that increase clarity, speed, and transparency for administrative and strategy workflows
- Scale the CEO’s time by managing project load, drafting materials, and ensuring momentum across initiatives
- Partner with Sr. Executive Assistant to make sure the CEO’s headspace and time are dedicated to the most important and highest potential initiatives for the company
- Serve as a sounding board by offering input on priorities, tradeoffs, and framing of decisions
- Manage the OCEO team and build playbooks for the administrative backbone
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical, high-accountability environment.
- Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.
- Experience scaling a company through a funding round or a major strategic shift is a strong plus.
- Strong written communication skills; ability to turn complex inputs into clear memos, board materials, and executive updates with minimal editing.
- Strong organization skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, track cross-functional work, and focus CEO's time on key initiatives.
- Sound judgment and discretion; ability to handle confidential information and know when to act or escalate.
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to take an unstructured problem, define scope, and drive to a result without a playbook.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable building models, reading P&Ls, and pressure-testing plans.
- Executive presence; ability to work credibly with leadership, board members, investors, and external partners.
- A bias toward ownership; ability to follow through without needing to be asked twice.
