About the Role
As a Sr Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including expenses and capital expenditures. You will monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze unexpected variances. You will develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and provide accurate financial recommendations to management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze material aspects of $500m expense and capital expenditure program for administrative teams.
- Consolidate results and explain variances to budget and prior year results.
- Develop budgets and forecasts for groups, including bottoms-up expense drivers and detailed assumption documentation.
- Independently develop and produce reporting to support monthly close and annual planning processes.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis leveraging data analytic skills for new initiatives, cost anomalies, and cost savings opportunities.
- Prepare and load required journal entry adjustments to the company’s budget and actuals.
- Proactively lead processes to identify cost savings opportunities across the organization.
- Collaborate with other areas of FP&A, including revenue and production planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and external audiences.
- Produce high-quality work and respond to correspondence in an efficient, timely, and professional manner.
- Meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and commit to meeting high standards.
