About the Role

As a (Senior) Consultant, you will support clients in planning, implementing, and developing security solutions for complex construction and infrastructure projects, bridging technology, organization, and project management.

Responsibilities

Analyze security requirements for buildings and critical infrastructures.
Develop cost-effective and practical security concepts.
Participate in risk, threat, and vulnerability analyses.
Derive appropriate protective measures with clients and experts.
Support the planning and evaluation of security technology systems (e.g., access control, video surveillance, alarm systems).
Coordinate requirements among stakeholders like clients, planners, authorities, and operators.
Integrate security aspects into planning and construction processes.
Assist in creating security and operational concepts, decision documents, tender documents, presentations, and reports.
Support projects across various service phases.
Assist with quality, schedule, and risk management tasks.

Requirements

Completed studies in Security Engineering, Security Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
Initial practical experience in security technology, security management, critical infrastructure, or technical building equipment.
For Senior roles: several years of relevant professional experience.
Interest in security-related issues in public construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
Ideally, knowledge in planning, evaluating, or operating security technology systems.
Experience with risk analyses, protection needs assessments, security concepts, or regulatory requirements is advantageous.
Structured and independent work style.
Ability to present technical issues clearly to the target audience.
Confident communication with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to take responsibility in project teams.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Very good German and English language skills.
