About the Role
As a Service Employee (m/f/d), you will support our various outlets with passion for hospitality and team spirit. You will be responsible for guest service, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth operation.
Responsibilities
- Guest service and hospitality
- Serving food and beverages according to quality and service standards
- Supporting various service areas based on need and occupancy
- Preparing and cleaning service stations, including setting tables and arranging service areas
- Ensuring cleanliness, order, and attractive presentation in all guest areas
- Advising guests on food and beverage offerings
- Booking and settling orders using the POS system
- Collaborating closely with kitchen, bar, and other departments for seamless operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in gastronomy or hotel industry
- Enjoyment of hosting and delighting people
- Friendly and confident demeanor with a strong service orientation
- Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to work in different service areas
- Structured and reliable work approach
- Good German and English language skills
