About the Role
As a Barkeeper, you will prepare and serve creative drinks, provide excellent advice, and create a special evening for guests. You will maintain an overview even in lively situations, work independently behind the bar, and impress with your sense of service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and serving of cocktails, long drinks, spirits, and other beverage specialties
- Guest service and consultation at the bar and in the restaurant area
- Active sales and recommendation of food and beverages
- Ensuring professional and warm guest service and creating an inviting atmosphere
- Serving food and beverages and supporting operational service
- Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and smooth operation in the bar area
- Preparation and follow-up of daily bar operations, including mise en place
- Checking and refilling beverages and consumables
- Processing cash transactions and settlements
- Adherence to all hygiene, quality, and safety standards
Requirements
- First professional experience as a barkeeper or in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beveragekunde
- Strong service and host mentality
- Friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
- Flexibility regarding working hours and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Good German and English language skills
