About the Role
H.O. Penn Machinery is hiring immediately for a Senior Digital & Retail Marketing Specialist to manage digital presence, execute marketing campaigns, and ensure a consistent retail customer experience across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage company and affiliate websites and content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure digital promotional strategy execution and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Utilize social media tools to monitor and optimize customer engagement and develop competitive listening tools.
- Develop and manage dealer-curated and user-generated content to boost follower engagement and grow the digital footprint.
- Develop voice of customer/dealer generated messaging for go-to-market campaigns.
- Produce marketing creatives aligned with brand and market messaging across all promotional channels.
- Complement existing graphic design needs through third-party marketing intermediaries.
- Produce and edit short-form video for social media, campaigns, customer testimonials, events, and product promotions.
- Assist with marketing-related needs, including event planning, marketing materials, and data extraction.
- Ensure consistent and aligned retail customer experience across all company locations.
- Ensure facilities are up-to-date with relevant directional and promotional material and signage.
- Conduct regular branch visits with operational managers for retail showroom, promotional concepts, machine displays, yard organization, parking, building and grounds.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, retail marketing, or related marketing disciplines.
- Frequent travel to all six H.O. Penn locations is required.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, set up, and actively support customer events, sales meetings, trade shows, open houses, and marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar design platforms.
- Working knowledge of website content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, digital analytics tools, and social media management platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
- Hand coordination for typing, writing, and computer use.
- Occasional forward bending and reaching.
- Occasional walking and climbing stairs.
- Carrying (up to 20lbs.).
