About the Role
Elements Lawn & Landscape has an immediate opening for a full-time Landscape Enhancement Foreman at our Austin location. We are looking for a hard-working individual who wants to grow with our company. Ideal candidates are committed, dependable, willing to work in all seasons, and interested in building a long-term career in the landscape industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate a dump truck, truck with trailer, skid steer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears, and other related landscaping equipment and tools.
- Perform landscape installation.
- Oversee and lead an enhancement crew.
- Apply knowledge of landscaping construction techniques.
- Utilize knowledge of plant care, including enhancement installations, seasonal color, and plant materials.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Walk for extended periods.
- Regularly lift objects weighing 50–80 lbs.
Requirements
- Must be familiar with and able to operate a dump truck, truck with trailer, skid steer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears, and other related landscaping equipment and tools.
- Landscape installation experience.
- Ability to oversee and lead an enhancement crew.
- Knowledge of landscaping construction techniques.
- Plant care knowledge, including enhancement installations, seasonal color, and plant materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, walk for extended periods, and regularly lift objects weighing 50–80 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
- Landscape enhancement experience.
- 3+ years of foreman experience.
- Valid driver’s license (held for a minimum of 3 years with a clean driving record).
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
