About the Role
The Supervisor, Integrated Investment & Operations oversees the operational excellence and lifecycle management of digital media campaigns, acting as a central hub connecting Media Planning, Investment, and Finance. This role ensures accurate translation and maintenance of campaign details in Mediaocean (Prisma) and flawless reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and audit all media authorizations, insertion orders (IOs), and Book, Bill & Pay (BBP) line items in Mediaocean (Prisma).
- Ensure synchronization between client-approved media flowcharts/blocking charts and Prisma procurement structures.
- Facilitate real-time revisions, budget shifts, and schedule reallocations, ensuring corresponding Prisma buy orders, billing parameters, and vendor IOs are updated.
- Oversee campaign setup workflows, including creating estimates and client taxonomy generation.
- Monitor pacing, delivery, and discrepancy tracking between Prisma, ad servers, and vendor reports.
- Support monthly actualization, clearance of invoice discrepancies, and vendor payment approvals.
- Act as the primary operational liaison between Strategy/Planning, Investment, and Billing/Finance teams.
- Issue official vendor Insertion Orders (IOs), manage terms/attestations, and resolve disputes.
- Identify operational friction points and implement standardized templates, naming conventions, and QA checklists.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior operational staff on Prisma order entry, workflow standards, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular internal audits on active accounts to maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and data integrity.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in media operations, investment, or campaign management within an agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Mediaocean (Prisma).
- Deep understanding of agency financial workflows, media billing cycles (Book, Bill, Pay), media authorizations, and invoice reconciliation.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of precision and accountability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships across cross-functional internal teams and external media partners.
