About the Role
We create impactful work for major brands and organizations, and this role involves editing case studies, sizzle reels, and motion graphics for digital, social, and OOH placements, as well as for our own channels.
Responsibilities
- Edit case studies, sizzles, and award entries, focusing on storytelling and concise editing.
- Edit digital and social content.
- Create 2D, 3D, kinetic type, and explainer animations from scratch or based on brand guidelines.
- Design motion graphics suitable for various formats including phone, feed, digital billboards, and transit screens.
- Develop concepts, style frames, and storyboards.
- Collaborate with writers and designers on pacing, hierarchy, and narrative.
- Manage project files, exports, specifications, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in early-stage concept development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in agency, design shop, in-house, or production.
- Proficiency in editing with a strong sense of narrative structure.
- Advanced motion design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- A strong visual aesthetic, sense of style, and good taste in references.
- Excellent typographic judgment.
- A good ear for music and sound editing.
- Knowledge of media specifications, transcoding, and delivery processes.
- A portfolio reel showcasing a range of editing and motion design work.
