About the Role
We are seeking a Senior ML, AI Infra Engineer to establish state-of-the-art AI infrastructure for training very large foundation models and accelerating model training/inference. You will work with a team to solve the autonomous driving problem and enable next-generation E2E solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large deep learning models leveraging fleet data.
- Improve training infrastructure and deployment pipelines to accelerate model iteration and performance.
- Provide code reviews enforcing ML engineering standards, security, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- PhD in CS/CE/EE, or equivalent industry experience.
- Deep knowledge of PyTorch.
- Experience with CUDA or Triton language for writing custom ops.
- Knowledge of model training frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of transformer architecture and acceleration techniques.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training of models.
- Track record of profiling models to improve training and inference speed.
